These terms govern your use of the TSLASCAN analyzer, the tslascan.com website and the vehicle-report service. By ordering or using them, you agree to them.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
The TSLASCAN analyzer and the tslascan.com service are provided by UAB EUSPRO, Senojo kelio g. 32, Vilnius, LT-13264, Lithuania ("we", "us"). Contact: support@euspro.com.
TSLASCAN is a pocket diagnostic device that reads a vehicle's own battery and odometer data over the OBD-II diagnostic port and publishes a report at tslascan.com. The device is listen-only: it reads the diagnostic bus and does not send commands to, reprogram or modify the vehicle.
Reports are generated from the data the vehicle broadcasts and are provided "as is", for information only. They are an aid, not a guarantee of a vehicle's condition, value or history, and are not a substitute for a professional inspection. Any decision to buy, sell or price a vehicle is yours alone, and we are not liable for it.
We ship from the EU. As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU) from delivery, and a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive 2019/771). To start a return or warranty claim, email support@euspro.com. Return shipping terms and any exceptions are set out in our return handling on request.
We may provide firmware updates to keep the device working and add vehicle support. You should keep the device on supported firmware. We are not liable for issues caused by modified or third-party firmware.
The TSLASCAN name, the device design, firmware, software and the content of tslascan.com are owned by UAB EUSPRO or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the device and the service — not ownership of the software.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or decisions made on the basis of a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU law. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
