Last updated: 3 October 2026
The controller of your personal data is UAB EUSPRO, Senojo kelio g. 32, Vilnius, LT-13264, Lithuania. For any privacy question or request, contact support@euspro.com.
Name, email or phone, shipping address, the items and quantity you order. Needed to process and deliver your order.
Payments go through Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we receive only the result of the payment, not the full card number.
The device code (MAC), vehicle VIN, battery metrics, mileage and related diagnostic values the analyzer reads, which make up the report.
IP address, browser type and basic server logs, plus local settings stored in your browser (theme, language, cookie choice).
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under appropriate agreements: Stripe (payments), shipping/courier partners (delivery), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Where analytics or advertising tools are used, the relevant providers process data on our behalf with your consent. We do not sell your personal data.
We use a small number of strictly necessary items (for example remembering your cookie choice, language and theme) that do not require consent. Any analytics or advertising cookies are loaded only after you consent via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
Some providers (for example payment or analytics services) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep order and accounting records for as long as required by law, report data for as long as the service hosts the report, and technical logs for a short period for security. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. Email support@euspro.com and we will respond within the legal time limit.
You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or your local EU data protection authority.
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page with the "last updated" date above.
